Data Analysis Specialist:
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate and update sales data across channels/customers/regions (sales revenue, order count, collections/receivables, inventory, etc.).
- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly Excel reports and trackers; ensure consistent definitions and on-time updates.
- Perform basic data cleaning and reconciliation; identify anomalies and follow up to correct them.
- Create reports and brief takeaways to support weekly meetings, monthly reviews, and campaign preparation.
Requirements
- Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)
- Strong logical thinking and data sensitivity
- Good communication and business understanding; able to translate requests into clear spreadsheets and data outputs.
Nice to Have (Optional)
- Experience with sales/channel/e-commerce data processing.
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP data exports and reconciliation.
