Responsibilities
- Project Planning:
Creation of detailed plan outlining scope, objective, budget, timelines and resources for IT operation projects - Coordination:
Coordinate with stakeholders and ensuring clear communication for the complete lifecycle of project - Risk management:
Identification and mitigation of potential project risk - Resource management:
- Allocation and manage resource
- Utilization throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Project control and reporting:
Define, monitor and control project metrics end to end to ensure complete control over the project. - Budget Management:
Monitor, track and report budget consumption for the project - Quality assurance:
Define and validation of quality gates for each project phase and cycle. - Should be Proficient in Waterfall agile and hybrid methodology.
- Project management certification like PMP, Prince2 etc would be preferable.
