We are seeking a poised, confident, and service-oriented Restaurant Hostess to be the welcoming face of our dining venues. In this role, you will create exceptional first and last impressions by greeting guests warmly, managing reservations efficiently, and ensuring a seamless flow of service in alignment with Inter Continental brand standards.

• Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and a genuine luxury attitude
• Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table assignments accurately and efficiently
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus in line with service standards
• Communicate effectively with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests with confidence and courtesy
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback with empathy and solution-focused service
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual standards at the host desk and restaurant entrance
• Uphold Inter Continental brand values, grooming standards, and service culture at all times

• Previous experience as a Hostess or in a guest-facing hospitality role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed appearance with a confident and welcoming presence
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
