• Manage the Bell Desk and ensure seamless guest arrival and departure with excellent service.
• Under the guidance of the Bell Captain and Chief Concierge, support hotel policies and procedures.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and uphold the group’s standards.

• Understand and comply with all corporate and hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
• Support all learning and development activities.
• Safeguard stored information and protect personal data of guests and colleagues.
• Adhere to the Safe, Sound and Sustainable policy and the Social Media policy.
• Act as a hotel ambassador at all times.
• Carry out additional duties requested by management related to hotel operational activities.
• Handle guest complaints and comment escalations in a sensitive manner.
• Coordinate teamwork with other departments.
