Title: Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management (RAFM)
Duration: Full time
Job Description:- The Supplier shall ensure that the Services comply with the following specifications:
- Relevant experience and technical expertise to perform the RAFM tasks and provide adequate assurance on RAFM risks
- Daily monitoring of the critical RAFM KPIs through the RAFM system to identify areas of potential revenue leakage.
- Ensuring stability of the RAFM system through fine tuning of reconciliations and validation of data sources.
- Perform regular audits of network systems and platforms to minimize instances contributing to the revenue losses
- Perform reconciliation reviews to ensure synchronization of platforms. covering all revenue stream nodes, products & usage
- Initiating of new critical reconciliations like prepaid balance movement, etc.
- Publishing of Daily dashboards covering critical reconciliations and audits.
- Perform adhoc / manual reconciliations for areas as not covered through the RAFM system.
- Ensure mitigating controls for areas such as Digital Prepaid, wholesale, Finance controls and Post-paid not covered through the RA system.
- Ensuring support in UAT validation as part of RAFM system project for system implementation.
- Assessment of all new changes via concept rooms from RAFM perspective in terms of risk identification, validations, system changes
- Provide necessary assistance in the roll out of new products and services and being part of Change management and be Part of New product launch and change management covering pre and post UAT validations.
- Focus on Prepaid reconciliations covering subscription charging validation, recharge validation, prepaid rating validation & balance movement.
- Manual validation of VAS reconciliations, rating validation of VAS subscriptions, over all comfort on daily VAS traffic.
- Ensuring that all ICOFR controls are addressed and mitigated and maintaining evidence of such activities
- Provide required data for audit such as ICOFR, BDO, KPMG & Internal Audit…etc
- Support and coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure that checks are performed on Post-paid, Roaming, and Interconnect controls.
