Corporate Finance Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis
- Develop long‑term financial models and business forecasts.
- Support budgeting and strategic planning processes.
- Analyse financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
Investment & Project Evaluation
- Conduct feasibility studies and financial due diligence.
- Perform valuation analyses, including DCF, comparable companies, and precedent transactions.
- Evaluate CAPEX projects and investment opportunities.
Funding & Capital Structure
- Develop and implement debt and equity funding strategies.
- Prepare financial documentation for banks and investors.
- Support negotiations with financial institutions and monitor compliance with loan covenants.
M&A and Corporate Transactions
- Support mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and restructuring activities.
- Coordinate due diligence with advisors.
- Assist in transaction structuring and execution.
Financial Risk Management
- Assess and manage financial risks, including liquidity, FX, and interest rate exposure.
- Recommend and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and the Board.
- Support investor relations activities.
- Liaise with auditors, advisors, and banks as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial advisory.
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
- Experience with funding transactions and financial structuring.
- CFA, ACCA, or CPA qualification is a plus.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strategic thinking with attention to detail.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
