Corporate Finance Manager

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Develop long‑term financial models and business forecasts.
• Support budgeting and strategic planning processes.
• Analyse financial performance and identify areas for improvement.

Investment & Project Evaluation

• Conduct feasibility studies and financial due diligence.
• Perform valuation analyses, including DCF, comparable companies, and precedent transactions.
• Evaluate CAPEX projects and investment opportunities.

Funding & Capital Structure

• Develop and implement debt and equity funding strategies.
• Prepare financial documentation for banks and investors.
• Support negotiations with financial institutions and monitor compliance with loan covenants.

M&A and Corporate Transactions

• Support mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and restructuring activities.
• Coordinate due diligence with advisors.
• Assist in transaction structuring and execution.

Financial Risk Management

• Assess and manage financial risks, including liquidity, FX, and interest rate exposure.
• Recommend and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Reporting & Stakeholder Management

• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and the Board.
• Support investor relations activities.
• Liaise with auditors, advisors, and banks as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial advisory.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Experience with funding transactions and financial structuring.
• CFA, ACCA, or CPA qualification is a plus.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Strategic thinking with attention to detail.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
