• Oversee cash flow management across international operations, ensuring liquidity aligns with operational and strategic needs.
• Manage banking relationships locally and internationally, negotiate credit facilities, and optimize financial service agreements.
• Develop and implement funding strategies (debt, equity, and internal financing) to support shipping operations and investments.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks related to FX exposure, interest rates, and liquidity across multiple jurisdictions.
• Prepare treasury reports for senior management and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Drive process improvements
  , implement treasury management systems, and enhance forecasting and financial planning accuracy.

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or CFA/ACCA preferred).
• 7–10+ years of experience in treasury or corporate finance, ideally in shipping, logistics, or international trade.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, risk management tools
  , and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills.
• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills

• High integrity, accountability, and proven ability to lead teams across multiple functions.
