The ideal candidate will be comfortable with creating an engineering plan for land development based on their calculations and any research conducted. They should have experience with AutoCAD and be able to utilize strong design skills in order to create visual aids. By utilizing strong organizational and communication skills, this candidate will also have the ability to execute a project based on the criteria outlined.
Responsibilities- Plan, design, and supervise civil engineering projects including roads, bridges, buildings, drainage, water supply, and other infrastructure.
- Prepare detailed project reports, blueprints, and cost estimates.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and environmental guidelines and manage Tendor work.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee quality control, safety procedures, and risk assessments on-site.
- Prepare all Projects reports on time.
- Resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
- Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or related projects.
- 2 years of Procuments & Tender working.
- Strong knowledge of market or suppliers, Government tenders work.
