WhatYou'll Be Doing
- Drive preventive and reliability-centred maintenance strategy to achieve 90%+ equipment availability
- Lead a 39-40 person multidisciplinary maintenance team across underground operations
- Optimise asset lifecycle performance through CMMS data, RCFA and structured planning
- Control OPEX and CAPEX budgets while protecting multi-million-dollar fleet assets
- 7+ years mining equipment maintenance experience, including underground operations
- Proven leadership of workshop or fleet teams in heavy mobile equipment environments
- Strong OEM knowledge across hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems
- Demonstrated experience improving uptime, planned maintenance ratios and cost control
