Position: HSE Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and company HSE requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
- Lead HSE training, awareness programs, and toolbox talks for employees and contractors.
- Monitor HSE performance, prepare reports, and recommend continuous improvement actions.
- Coordinate with management and clients to promote a strong safety culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering, Safety Management, or a related field.
- NEBOSH International Diploma certification (IGC or equivalent HSE Qualification) is mandatory.
- Qualified internal auditor to ISO
9001 and/or OHSAS 18001 or equivalent experience in the training industry. - Minimum 10 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, Construction, or Industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Proficient in use of MS Outlook, Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Fluent in English is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites/projects.
