Electrical Engineer – Lighting Design &Production

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to join ourlighting design and manufacturing company. The ideal candidate must have astrong electrical engineering background combined with practical expertise in architectural lighting design.

Key Requirements and

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’sdegree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strongfoundation in electrical engineering principles, particularly as they relate to architectural and lighting applications.
• Abilityto understand and analyze architectural spaces from an electrical and lighting perspective.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting building drawings, architectural plans, and electrical layouts.
• Solid knowledge of modern lighting design concepts, standards, and the latestengineering methods in lighting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for preparing lighting layouts and electrical drawings.
• Familiarity with DIALux software is highly preferred for lighting calculations andsimulation.
• Strongengineering knowledge to support technical discussions with clients duringin-person meetings.
• Abilityto ask the right technical and architectural questions to fully understandceiling types, spatial conditions, and all design constraints before starting the lighting design.
• Capabilityto translate client requirements and site conditions into accurate and efficient lighting designs.
• Willingness and ability to conduct site visits when required, coordinate with clientson-site, and collect all necessary real-world project data.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to explain lighting concepts clearly and professionally, and to convince clients of appropriate lightingsolutions.
• Abilityto propose practical, technically sound, and visually effective lightingsolutions based on project requirements and site conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparelighting designs and electrical layouts using AutoCAD and
• Meetwith clients to understand their needs, technical constraints, and architectural details.
• Conductsite inspections and gather accurate project information.
• Provide professional lighting recommendations aligned with engineering standard sand client expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure design feasibility and production alignment.
