About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and customer‑oriented Hotel Representative fluent in the Italia,n Language/ French / or German Speaking to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact for Italia,n/French or German speaking guests, ensuring they receive outstanding service and support throughout their stay or travel experience. This role involves coordinating arrivals and departures, handling guest requests, solving issues, and acting as a liaison between the hotel and travel agencies or tour operators.
Responsibilities- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival at the hotel or airport
- Provide detailed information about hotel facilities, services, excursions, and local attractions
- Support clients with check‑in/check‑out procedures when needed
- Handle guest complaints or service issues efficiently and professionally
- Coordinate daily with hotel staff, tour guides, and transportation providers
- Maintain records of client feedback and report to supervisors
- Translate documents and assist with communication between guests and other staff
- Promote additional services or excursions to maximize guest satisfaction and sales
- Ensure guest preferences and special requests are met
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
- Fluent in Itali,an/ French / or German (spoken and written); other languages are a plus
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure
- Customer‑oriented with a proactive and friendly approach
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Flexible schedule – availability to work weekends and holidays
- Quality Assurance Oriented and attentive to details
- Valid driver’s license (optional, depending on the role)
