Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk & Client Relations Officer – Golden Residency Program based in Muscat, Oman.
Responsibilities- Welcome and assist visitors and clients at the reception area in a professional manner
- Explain the Golden Residency Program and the company’s related services clearly and accurately
- Represent the company and coordinate with relevant government authorities
- Follow up on inquiries and requests from investors and clients
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and corporate image at all times
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant university qualification
- Previous experience in customer service or dealing with government entities
- Knowledge of the Golden Residency Program or willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and explanation abilities
- High level of commitment and professionalism
- Fluency in Arabic and English
