This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk & Client Relations Officer – Golden Residency Program based in Muscat, Oman.

• Welcome and assist visitors and clients at the reception area in a professional manner
• Explain the Golden Residency Program and the company’s related services clearly and accurately
• Represent the company and coordinate with relevant government authorities
• Follow up on inquiries and requests from investors and clients
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and corporate image at all times

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant university qualification
• Previous experience in customer service or dealing with government entities
• Knowledge of the Golden Residency Program or willingness to learn

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation and explanation abilities
• High level of commitment and professionalism
• Fluency in Arabic and English
