Product Manager – Fixed Voice & International Data Services

As a Product Manager Fixed Voice & International Data Services you will be expected to proactively manage product life cycles of assigned Nawras fixed voice products and services by taking into account customers' concerns, business processes, organisation, cost and vendor product limitations. You will also be managing cross‑functional projects related to the assigned products and services. You will be analyzing existing market insight, mandating new market research and competitive analysis, and designing a highly competitive product portfolio.

You will be developing, maintaining and controlling detailed specifications for products and services in your fixed voice domain.

• Work with peers to develop bundles
• Work with the technical teams to generate design documents and processes
• Coordinate implementation of products between network and IT, Customer Service and suppliers to ensure a launch on time, in budget and to specifications
• Overall responsibility for meeting roll‑out and financial criteria
• Perform Sales and Customer Service training (train the trainer)
• Provide input for user guides, user interfaces etc.
• Make sure that a comprehensive set of business rules, activation forms, welcome packs, price and product sheets, FAQ etc. are available for his/her products and services
• Conduct UAT to ensure all requirements from the user perspective are deployed
• Manage the go‑to‑market process
• Monitor product performance in terms of uptake, usage and customer satisfaction, and take appropriate actions to further develop his/her products in terms of revenues and margins
• Proactively manage product lifecycle, taking an active role in making future business plans
• Have an updated knowledge on competitor products and initiatives

You have a university degree in commercial, IT or Telecom (MBA an advantage) with a minimum of 8 years of experience in product development and management, out of which is at least 2 years experience in the area of fixed voice services (fixed voice products, SIP protocol, Fixed Number portability and IP Telephony).
