Role Description

Integrated Systems LLC is looking for a Procurement Specialist for a full‑time, on‑site role based in Muscat, Oman. The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for obtaining goods and services necessary for the company's operations. This includes creating and processing purchase orders, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring procurement activities comply with company policies and budgetary constraints.

This role is ideal for a procurement professional with strong vendor management experience, commercial negotiation skills, and the ability to support large enterprise and project‑based operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end‑to‑end procurement cycle (RFQs, vendor evaluation, negotiation, PO issuance)
  • Source and evaluate local and international suppliers
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
  • Ensure timely procurement aligned with project and sales requirements
  • Coordinate closely with sales, finance, and operations teams
  • Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and channel partners
  • Monitor inventory levels and optimize cost efficiency
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in managing Purchase Orders and Supplier Evaluation processes
  • Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Procurement strategies
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills for making data‑driven procurement decisions
  • Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and time‑management skills
  • Familiarity with IT industry standard tools and vendors is advantageous
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast‑paced environments
  • Commercial awareness and cost‑optimization mindset
  • Educational background in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 3–7 years of procurement experience
