This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Account Manager, located in Masqaţ, Oman.
The Account Manager will manage client accounts while fostering long‑term partnerships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, meeting client requirements, and maintaining communication to address concerns and inquiries. The role requires managing contracts, resolving issues, reporting on account status, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions.
Qualifications- Strong account management and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to identify client needs, upsell services, and manage business opportunities
- Proven ability in communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving
- Proficiency in IT‑related knowledge, particularly in areas like Business Intelligence, ERP, and Microsoft solutions
- Experience with in Telecom, Software Solutions, Hospitality, or Infrastructure sectors is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- Capability to work collaboratively across teams to achieve client objectives
- Adaptable and proactive mindset, with strong organizational skills
