Overview
Part-Time Administrator – City:
Muscat, Oman. Salary 1200$.
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining files.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain records of office supplies and order new supplies when needed.
- Handle any other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Previous experience in administration or relevant field is required.
- Must have a biometric passport.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
