Schedule:

Full-Time | Evenings | 40 Hours/Week | Local Travel
Salary: $70,000 $ 74,000/year | Comprehensive Benefits | Immediate Interviews

You'll manage patient care plans, ensure timely documentation, and help individuals heal comfortably at home, all while enjoying the flexibility of evening hours and strong support from your clinical team.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Pennsylvania (PA)
• Valid Drivers License with reliable transportation
• 1+ year experience with:
  • EMR/EHR systems
  • Tru Chart or similar software
• One of the following certifications:
  • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Willingness to travel locally for home visits

• Preferred:

• RN license number included with application
• Strong background in ICU, Oncology, or Inpatient Hospice
• Experience working independently in a field-based or mobile role

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver personalized home health care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Support patients and families in Monroeville, Penn Hills, and nearby areas
• Use mobile devices and EMR (Tru Chart) to chart and document visits
• Maintain excellent time management and meet clinical charting deadlines
• Serve as a dependable source of compassionate, evening care

Evening Shift Options:

• Option 1: Monday-Thursday | 5 PM8 AM
• Option 2: Monday-Friday | 5 PM1 AM
• Weekend availability required occasionally
• $75,000/year salary based on experience
