, we remodel and renovate homes throughout Southern California.

Our Lead Residential Remodeler guides talented workers in demolishing, remodeling, and renovating homes. You'll handle all aspects of the project, including finish, rough, plumbing, and electrical work, to ensure our results meet our high standards and client expectations.

When you join us, you'll work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm and earn $25.00 - $40.00/hour based on experience and qualifications. Expand your trade skills and make your mark by joining our remodeling team today!

You'll dispatch from home and head directly to job sites throughout our service area in Southern California. Every day and project will bring something different as you engage with clients and lead your remodel team in bringing visions to life. Providing effective guidance and completing hands‑on work yourself, you'll lead your team in framing, demolishing, and renovating home additions and accessory dwelling units (ADUs).

Following plans and client desires, you'll perform rough plumbing and electrical work, install cabinets, and tackle other duties to ensure total success!

• 5+ years of experience as a lead Residential Remodeler
• Valid driver's license and a vehicle for work use
• Ability to bring your own tools
• Leadership skills

Our ideal candidate has expert-level experience in at least two of the following trades:

• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Framing
• Tile setting
