Member Service Representative – Quick Quack Car Wash

• Greets customers as they enter the location.
• Maintains awareness of services provided by Quick Quack Car Wash.
• Explains services to customers and assists with questions or price discrepancies.
• Ensures accurate transactions by balancing the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift, and reconciling sales.
• Assists customers in locating products, resolves complaints, and directs customers to other departments as necessary.
• Holds advertising signs and performs related marketing functions.
• Uses the sales membership pitch when interacting with new customers.
• Sells additional services and vending items by recognizing opportunities and benefits to the customer.
• Completes sales transactions efficiently and maintains proper cash accountabilities at POS registers.
• Stocks and maintains merchandise in the vending cart.
• Maintains housekeeping and maintenance responsibilities (driveways, restrooms, and car wash).
• Explains car wash entry procedures to customers and follows exact loading and "prepping" procedures, ensuring safety for employees and customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to smile, maintain a clean appearance, and meet dress and grooming standards.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Accurate reading, counting, and writing abilities.
• Flexible to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Capability to perform repetitive motions over long periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Prolonged periods standing and working at a cash register or related equipment.

The role requires working outdoors in a loud environment due to car wash equipment. The employee will be in constant motion and perform physical activities such as lifting (0–50 lbs.), bending, reaching, and stooping.

Eligibility requires a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3–5 years) and a current driver’s license.
