Responsibilities
This position provides the opportunity to work at both of our world‑class facilities in the Emergency Departments. The role qualifies for increased compensation and a sign‑on bonus.
FacilitiesSouthwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital in Murrieta, California, is a 120‑bed acute‑care hospital with the region’s only Pediatric Emergency Services team (for children 14 and under) staffed by board‑certified Rady Children’s emergency medicine physicians. It also offers the area’s only OB/ED program, a large Childbirth Center with private suites, and a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit operated by Rady Children’s.
Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital in Wildomar, California, is a licensed 122‑bed facility accredited by the Joint Commission. It is Southwest Riverside County’s only designated Trauma Center and a county‑designated Paramedic Base Station, performs >4,000 surgeries a year, and averages 4,000 ED visits per month. The hospital features a Bariatric Weight‑Loss Surgery Center of Excellence and the region’s only Total Joint Center.
StaffRegistered Nurses
RNs are responsible for providing excellence in patient care, collaborating across units, assessing, treating, and caring for patients throughout the continuum of care, and managing pain, invasive lines, and surgical drains. RNs practice in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal, and hospital policies and model Southwest Healthcare’s core values.
Float RequirementEmployees will be required to float between the Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospitals based on operational needs, with appropriate orientation and competency validation provided.

QualificationsMinimum Experience: One year in an acute care emergency department and completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
BSN Preferred
Required Licensure & Certifications- Registered Nurse with current California RN license
- BLS (AHA) certification
- ACLS (AHA) certification
- PALS (AHA) certification
- NIH Stroke Certification
- CEN encouraged
