Lactation Consultant (RN) - Full Time (Shift )

Southwest Healthcare – Rancho Springs Hospital in Murrieta, California.

Provide lactation consulting services to patients on the obstetric unit and other acute care beds, delivering evidence‑based education and support to mothers and families, documenting findings, and collaborating with nursing staff and pediatric specialists to meet the needs of newborns and mothers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

One (1) year lactation experience in an acute care facility within the past 36 months strongly preferred.

Minimum Essential Education

Completion of lactation education program. Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.

Current lactation certification required. California RN license. Current NRP certification. Current BLS certification.
