Overview
Bright View is seeking an Enhancement Manager to lead and coordinate landscape enhancement services, support account managers, and drive client value. The EM schedules and directs personnel and resources toward quality, cost-effective enhancement services. The EM may assist in estimating, design, client meetings, and selling enhancement services with or without base maintenance contracts. The EM will oversee a commercial landscape portfolio and multiple service teams, and will train and develop staff through day-to-day scheduling and guidance.
You’dBe Responsible For
- Understanding client needs via regular communication with Account Manager(s).
- Managing all landscape enhancement services, including coordinating materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors to produce quality work.
- Inspecting properties prior to service to prepare a specific action plan.
- Understanding irrigation systems, identifying repairs or adjustments, and communicating recommendations.
- Monitoring landscape after services for insect or disease problems.
- Performing hands-on work with crews as needed to meet work and scheduling demands.
- Implementing and enforcing Bright View policies and procedures related to upkeep, storage, use, and training for branch equipment.
- Working with the Branch Manager to identify staffing needs, hire new crew, and prepare daily schedules.
- Ensuring proper paperwork for all employee changes and hires.
- Coaching, training, disciplining, reviewing, and developing growth plans for employees.
- Hands-on training on equipment operation, pruning techniques, safety, and quality standards.
- Focusing on safety and monitoring safety records.
- Maintaining administrative systems (time sheets, databases, service schedules).
- Ordering materials and monitoring costs and deliveries.
- Requesting purchase orders and using them in accordance with company guidelines.
- Assisting the Branch Manager in enhancement sales tasks as required.
- At least a 2-year degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service, management, and leadership experience within an organization, the landscaping industry, or local marketplace, including at least 1 year supervisory experience.
- Obtain and maintain a PLANET Certification (Installation of Hard and Softscapes).

Compensation Pay Range: 90,000.00 USD Annual
