Salary $45 - $60 per hour

• Make a meaningful impact on senior health and wellness
• Enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday schedule (8:00am–4:30pm)

• Conduct individual nutrition assessments and create care plans
• Provide diabetes education and evaluate glucose logs for medication adjustments
• Develop culturally appropriate nutrition education programs
• Collaborate with health education staff and care teams
• Document nutritional care and maintain compliance with program guidelines

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or dietetics (Master’s preferred)
• Registered Dietitian license and CDR certification required
• Certified Diabetes Educator certificate preferred
• One Year Of RD Experience Preferred
• BLS certification required upon hire
