Overview

Endoscopy Center of Inland Empire is hiring a full-time Front Desk Receptionist. We have 2 procedure rooms. We perform outpatient surgical procedures in Gastro,
Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays, weekends, or call. Some early mornings and later evenings may be required; schedule subject to change based on surgical schedule and flow of the day.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

Under the day-to-day general direction of the Center Manager, the Front Office Receptionist handles and routes all incoming calls and greets patients and their families. Additionally, the Receptionist is responsible for insurance verification as needed, cash collections, and the correct handling of patient charts.

Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Medical terminology knowledge preferred.
  • Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment required to fulfill job duties.
  • Typing skills of 45 wpm required.
  • Computer experience beneficial.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Good communication skills.
Experience
  • One year of previous experience or some hospital clerical experience preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

Please note the starting hourly pay range for this role is between $24.00/hr. to $27.00/hr.
