Are you passionate about elevating patient care and driving positive change in healthcare? We are seeking a dynamic RN Manager to lead Performance Improvement and Patient Experience initiatives at a respected, accredited hospital in Southern California.
Key Responsibilities:- Champion a culture of patient-centered care and enhance the patient and family experience
- Translate patient feedback into actionable improvements
- Lead quality and performance improvement projects
- RN license in California
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s preferred - 3+ years clinical experience with leadership skills
- Experience in patient advocacy or grievance management is a plus
- Quality improvement and data analysis experience preferred
Certifications:
- Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP)
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
