DHI Builds, Inc. is hiring a full-time Remodel Project Coordinator based in Murrieta, CA, supporting active residential remodels. As our Remodel Project Coordinator, you ll earn $25–$35 per hour. We also offer paid drive time and mileage reimbursement when using your personal vehicle for work.

This is a full-time construction position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, based in Murrieta, CA, supporting projects throughout the surrounding service areas.

As our Remodel Project Coordinator, you ll prepare jobsites by coordinating materials, inspecting deliveries, and staging supplies. You ll assist with demolition, cleanup, and punch work, while keeping Buildertrend updated with daily logs and photos. You ll monitor workmanship, enforce safety and cleanliness, coordinate with subcontractors, flag issues early, and act as the Project Manager s on-site representative to keep projects organized and on track.

You might be perfect for this position if you can meet the following qualifications:

• Valid driver s license and a reliable form of transportation
• 1+ years of experience in residential construction or remodeling, with jobsite support
• Leadership experience
• Ability to read basic plans and use common hand and power tools
• Comfortable using mobile apps and project management software

Residential remodel experience, familiarity with Buildertrend, material coordination experience, professional homeowner communication, and interest in growing into a Project Manager role are preferred.
