• Create detailed drawings and plans based on project specs
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams for accuracy
• Produce structural steel designs, diagrams, and construction drawings
• Review and tweak drawings to meet client and regulatory needs
• Help out with site and residential construction projects

• Proficient in CAD software like archicad, CADWorx, Matterpor, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Cheif Artchitect
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design
• Familiar with submittals, Bluebeam, and Navisworks for project coordination
• Knowledge of ASME standards
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Autodesk Inventor for 3D modeling and visualization
• Understanding of civil engineering principles for site planning and design

Minimum Salary: $70,000.00

Maximum Salary: $85,000.00
