Evening Manager​/Sales

The Sports Mall in Murray, the Valley's premier family fitness and sports facility, is hiring for evening/weekend sales managers. Our club offers tennis, pickleball, raquetball, handball, basketball, a year-round pool, two floors of cardio equipment and weights, and a full schedule of group fitness, swim, and tennis classes.

PT/FT hours available. GREAT position for college students or new grads who are looking to break into the industry.

The position doubles as evening manager/sales. You will give tours of the facility to potential new members and sell memberships/membership upgrades. You will assist the front desk as needed, answer member questions and help with any issues that may arise during your shift. You will conduct periodic walk-throughs of the club throughout your shift to ensure members' needs are being met, and that there are no potential problems.

You will be responsible for closing the club at the end of the business day.

We are seeking individuals with strong customer service skills, a desire to be part of a solid sales and management team, with an interest in health and fitness. This position requires the ability to self-start, diffuse conflict, and communicate clearly and professionally. Sales experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidates.

There is the potential for a bit of down time each evening, and this time can be spent studying or doing homework, if necessary, once all work tasks are complete.

Position includes a free club membership, as well as employee discounts on programs. Health/dental/vision, HSA/FSA and 401k participation available after 60 days for staff members working 30+ hours per week.
