Automotive auto Body Repair Technician

We are seeking a skilled body repair technician to join our team, specializing in automotive body repair and restoration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair, automotive welding, body work prep and customer service. This role involves repairing damaged body panels or replacing panels, Prepping body work for paint and ensuring high-quality repairs that meet customer expectations.

• Prepare surfaces for body repairs or panel replacements by tearing down damaged parts, cleaning and sanding areas as needed.
• Repairing or replacing damaged panels using various techniques.
• Able to operate a welder and various other automotive repair tools as necessary to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition before painting.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service throughout the repair process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Assist with heavy lifting of vehicle parts and equipment as required.

• Proven experience in auto body repair, with a strong portfolio of completed work preferred.
• Knowledge of auto glass installation and vehicle maintenance is a plus.
• Familiarity with welding techniques is beneficial for body repair tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
