European Tan is seeking high-energy, sales-driven, and customer-focused Sun Spa Sales Consultants to join our team! If you have a passion for beauty, skincare, tanning, and wellness and love working in a luxury sun spa environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

• 18+ years old (must have a high school diploma or GED)
• Minimum 6 months Sales experience one year preferred (retail, beauty, or hospitality)
• Outgoing, confident, and passionate about the beauty & wellness industry
• Strong communication & people skills – You love talking to clients and building relationships
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license (Minimal travel required)
• Must use and love our tanning & spa services
• Must have experience with UV Tanning and Spray Tanning

$15 per hour (based on experience). Earn an additional $3 - $8 per hour in commission, sales bonuses, and tips. Free Sun, Spray & Spa Services (Stay bronzed year-round!). Employee discounts on skincare & beauty products.

• Promote and sell tanning memberships, spa services, and premium skincare products
• Educate customers on Fitzpatrick Skin Typing & customized tanning solutions
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals for memberships and retail products

• Deliver a LUXURY Guest Experience by providing expert recommendations for tanning and skincare
• Make quality recommendations on products
• Sell memberships and maintain sales goals
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming salon environment
• Manage customer inquiries with a friendly, solutions-driven approach
  
  Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-energy salon setting

Minimum 3 shifts per week, including weekends. Must be available for at least 2 Saturdays & 2 Sundays per month.

• Monday - Thursday: 8:45 AM - 3 PM (OPEN) or 2:45 PM - 9:15 PM (CLOSE)
• Friday: 8:45 AM - 2 PM (OPEN) or 1:45 PM - 7:15 PM (CLOSE)
• Saturday: 8:45 AM - 1 PM (OPEN) or 12:45 PM - 5:15 PM (CLOSE)
• Sunday: 9:45 AM - 4:15 PM
