Support the total OMNI customer experience in the store and ensure visual and commercial presentation per guidelines;
Promote and sell products and actively encourage use of Hello Member loyalty app;
Lead and coordinate fitting room and checkout routines, including transactions, returns and exchanges;
Maintain stock levels, secure price signs, and ensure garment presentation from delivery to shelf;
Collaborate with Visual Merchandiser team and communicate with colleagues to motivate and align store operations
