Job Description

The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers drive sales results, analyze business, and provide best‑in‑class customer service. They oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing routines and process efficiencies. They also lead floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge, and manage recruiting, training, engagement, and development for their team.
