As the full‑time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by rocking out strong LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You hold down the daily operations of the store as needed, train, motivate and celebrate associates, and drive killer sales results while representing our company values and bringing your real self to work every day.

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting‑room and sales‑floor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best‑in‑class in‑store experience.
• Motivate and inspire the team through AEO’s core values, holding associates accountable to service standards on the sales floor and in the fitting room.
• Recruit, hire, and train strong talent so the store is always staffed to meet business needs, and develop associates to provide outstanding service and a Guest First culture.
• Set clear, attainable goals for sales and stock associates, provide ongoing performance feedback through real‑time coaching, and celebrate outstanding performance.
• Execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures—including shipment processing, merchandising moves, and visual standards—ensuring fitting rooms are guest‑ready and meet AEO Brand Standards.
• Maintain store safety and asset‑protection standards, adhere to AEO policies, and always do the right thing.
