• Ensure area of responsibility is maintained according to company policies by properly handling returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages.
• Provide member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing member receipts, acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, and assisting members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise.
• Maintain self‑checkout area, resolve member issues, promote Sam's Club products and services, provide guidance on self‑service technology, process purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges, and assist with payments according to company policies.
• Secure and safeguard Sam's Club assets by observing and reporting potential criminal activity, maintaining logs, executing emergency procedures, and ensuring compliance with security and safety practices.
• Assist in training Member Frontline Service associates on company processes, new technology, tool functionality, new program rollouts, and continuous learning opportunities.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, using the Open Door Policy.
• Complete work assignments and priorities efficiently, collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt to change and feedback.
