We’re on the search for a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 that will help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. You’ll support the Store Manager in achieving store objectives, including hitting sales targets, recruiting, and development.

Responsibilities
  • Support your Store Manager in achieving the sales plan and/or comparable sales goals.
  • Help recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team to run your store alongside you.
  • Promote engagement through product promotions, social media, and services such as BOPIS and curbside pickup.
  • Provide leadership around an operationally sound business with the right balance of operations, delegation/autonomy, and customer-first selling practices.
  • Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and associate schedules.
  • Collaborate with retail leadership and HQ partners on trends and customer feedback.
  • Run sales reports and use data to guide your strategy to hit sales targets.
  • Merchandise the store in a compelling way using planograms as guidance and launch all promotions on time.
  • Develop high-performing, customer-focused associates in partnership with the Store Manager.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of retail store management experience. If you’re passionate about philanthropy and all things pop culture, you’re in the right place!
  • You’ve led teams to success and want to do more; skills include communication, recruiting, operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising), and developing others.
  • Strong communication, time management, professionalism, operations, and a drive to develop your teammates.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED; a degree is a plus.
  • Adaptability in a fast-changing retail environment and ability to handle curveballs.
  • Physical ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using approved equipment, and to pack and unpack boxes up to 50 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodation).
