This job posting is made by Construction Employment Services on behalf of Outdoor Escapes and Design. Located in a Utah valley, Outdoor Escapes and Design is a rapidly growing landscaping company looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team.

This is a full-time, in-person laborer position requiring at least one year of experience in landscaping and landscape maintenance. The role demands a high level of physical fitness, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Experience:
  
  At least one year of landscaping and landscape maintenance experience is required.

• Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 125 lbs, and carry materials.
• Must be able to bend, twist, kneel, climb, and balance.
• Ability to work in a kneeling position and walk at a brisk pace for extended periods.
• Capable of working in rain and extreme temperatures.

• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Knowledge of turf, perennials, shrubs, evergreens, and trees.
• Good verbal communication skills.

• Must be a motivated, punctual, and dependable individual with a "win-win attitude."
• Attention to detail is crucial, especially in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to follow directions and keep all equipment in good working order.

• Compensation:
  Pay is $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Job Type: Full-time.

• 10-hour, 12-hour, or 8-hour shifts.
• Monday to Friday with weekend availability.
