Entry Level Hinge, Hang and Delivery

Blue Spruce Cabinets is a custom cabinet shop specializing in high-quality, handcrafted cabinetry for residential and commercial projects. We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team and grow with us.

We are seeking an Entry-Level Hinge & Hang / Delivery Assistant to help with cabinet assembly, hinge and hardware installation, and product delivery. This is a hands‑on role with opportunities to learn all aspects of cabinet production.

• Assist in installing hinges, doors, and drawer fronts on custom cabinetry
• Help prepare finished cabinets for delivery and installation
• Load and unload cabinets safely and efficiently
• Deliver cabinets to job sites in company vehicles
• Maintain a clean and organized shop and work area
• Support production team with various shop tasks as needed

• Valid driver’s license (MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE A MANUAL TRANSMISSION)
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
• Prior experience in woodworking or cabinetry a plus, but not required
