We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong legal writing skills, courtroom confidence (or a desire to build it), and a commitment to client service. This position offers hands‑on experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow within the firm.

• Manage a caseload with appropriate supervision
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and other proceedings
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to advance client matters
• Maintain accurate and timely case documentation

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the Utah State Bar (or pending admission)
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
• Experience in Domestic Relations Law practice area (preferred but not required)
