This position has primary responsibility for recruiting and training for Assisting Hands Greater Murray®. The Hiring Manager primary responsibility is to recruit high quality caregivers, onboard and train them. Mentoring caregivers after onboarding is a secondary responsibility.
EducationHigh School Diploma/GED required; CNA in good standing with 2 years of experience required.
QualificationsTrack record in recruiting needed. Having worked as a caregiver and as a CNA a must. Training and mentoring caregivers required. Must be a good problem solver and able to work independently. Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be well‑organized and have good attention to detail.
Reports toAgency Director
Primary Duties9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
