An opportunity exists for a Clinical Social Worker (AHP2) within the CaFHS Country South Team, based in Berri. The role delivers specialist social work services to families with complex needs, working within a multidisciplinary team across regional sites including Torrens House.
Key duties of the role- Deliver high-quality social work services to families with complex needs
- Provide counselling, advocacy, and referrals to parents and caregivers
- Undertake individual, family, and group interventions to build resilience
Support women and infants at Torrens House residential program - Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and regional stakeholders
- Degree in Social Work eligible for full AASW membership
- Experience delivering counselling and family-based interventions
- Knowledge of attachment, infant mental health, and brain development
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Experience supporting families experiencing psychosocial adversity
