Join our team as an Enrolled Nurse and deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care while developing your skills in a supportive environment. The role supports seasoned RN/Midwives, ensuring safe, compassionate care for patients and contributing to a culture of excellence.
Responsibilities- Support the Registered Nurse/Midwife in the delivery of safe, person‑centred care in accordance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Work under the direction and supervision of the RN/Midwife, maintaining accountability for all clinical actions.
- Assist with documentation, assessment, care planning and implementation of nursing interventions.
- Contribute to a positive patient experience and culture of continuous improvement.
- Enrolled as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia or eligible to enrol.
- Current practising certificate (or eligible to hold one).
- Experience in providing nursing care within a healthcare setting following appropriate practice standards.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
