Grace Well Talent Solutions is proud to partner with our client in seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse (Level
2) to join their Murray Bridge team on a part-time basis (0.8 FTE), including alternate weekend shifts.

In this rewarding role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality, person-centred clinical care to residents in alignment with contemporary best practices. Working collaboratively with senior clinical leaders, you’ll ensure that all care services meet professional standards, accreditation, and funding requirements while fostering a culture of learning and accountability.

• Deliver and oversee exceptional clinical care in line with the organisation’s philosophy and policies.
• Support residents’ physical, psychological, and social wellbeing while promoting independence and choice.
• Supervise and guide Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and care staff to ensure professional and compassionate service delivery.
• Complete assessments, documentation, care plans, and reviews accurately and on time.
• Promote a positive team environment that values learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in aged care.
• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Unrestricted AHPRA registration.
• A passion for delivering high-quality care to older Australians.
• Sound clinical knowledge of age-related health issues and best practice standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• COVID-19 and 2025 Influenza vaccinations (including booster).
• NDIS clearance or willingness to obtain.
