Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to take ownership of our shop operations. Currently, our warehouse is a "blank." Your primary goal will be to organize our physical space and implement a digital inventory tracking system to ensure our service technicians have exactly what they need to keep our customers’ pools crystal clear.

Inventory System Implementation: Transition our shop from manual tracking to a digital inventory system. You will be responsible for tagging, barcoding, and logging all pool chemicals, parts, and equipment.

Warehouse Organization: Design and maintain the physical layout of the warehouse to maximize space and efficiency.

Production & Prep: Pre-kit "route bags" or equipment loads for technicians so they can get on the road quickly each morning.

Receiving & Quality Control: Inspect incoming shipments for damage, verify quantities against packing slips, and restock shelves immediately.

Vendor Coordination: Monitor stock levels and alert management when it’s time to reorder chemicals or high-turnover parts.

Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse and loading areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards (especially regarding chemical storage).

The "Organizer" Mindset: You enjoy turning chaos into order and find satisfaction in a well-labeled shelf.

Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable using (or learning) inventory management software and mobile apps.

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (pool salt, liquid chlorine jugs, and pumps) and stand/walk for the duration of a shift.

Experience: 1–2 years in warehouse, retail stockroom, or production environments preferred. Experience with pool supplies is a major plus, but not required.

Self‑Starter: As a small business, we need someone who sees what needs to be done and does it without a constant "to‑do" list.
