Highly organized, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines are essential. Must have advanced knowledge using excel and other word programs and Google Workspace. Strong written & verbal skills. Must be willing to work & be reliable. Results driven. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Have knowledge of land development/entitlement. Friendly, energetic & a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
  • Project Support & Coordination
    :
    Assist in managing development phases by tracking schedules, budgets, and milestones. They often maintain project documentation, action-item lists, and coordinate with internal departments and external consultants like architects and engineers. Assist in courier services for purposes of delivering plats/plans as well as obtaining required signatures from third-parties.
  • Due Diligence & Compliance
    :
    Support the entitlement and permitting processes by coordinating with Entitlement Director on municipal applications and tasks. They may also assist in managing due diligence reports, such as environmental and geotechnical reviews.
  • Financial Administration
    :
    Assist in preparing project-based accounting tasks like processing budgets and tracking expenses.
  • Reporting & Communication
    :
    Prepare professional reports and presentations for internal corporate tracking and handle administrative tasks like calendar management and meeting agendas.
Qualifications
  • Education
    :
    Degree or certification in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or Construction Management.
  • Experience
    : 1–3 years of experience in administrative support or real estate operations.
  • Advanced Experience
    :
    Excel, Word, Power Point.
