Forklift Operator

The Forklift Operator will perform a variety of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

Shift Information:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 am-4:30 pm - $16.00 per hour
• 2nd Shift: 5:00 pm-3:30 am - $17.00 per hour
• 4-Day Work Week
• Weekly Pay

• Select customer orders from shelves, place onto pallet, and load onto trailer
• Operate an industrial forklift safely and responsibly
• Retrieve and stack product safely using appropriate equipment
• Utilize an on-board computer and wireless radio frequency system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist other warehouse workers as requested by the Warehouse Manager or immediate supervisor

• Proven track record of proficiency on all powered industrial vehicle (PIV) equipment operated in the warehouse
• Ability to lift heavy objects (occasionally 40-50 lbs.) for an entire shift, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Overtime may be required based on business demands, sometimes on short notice
• Understand written English without translation software
• Previous equipment operation experience required
• Obtain all necessary certifications required by OSHA upon hire
• Dependable and a team player
• Strong attention to detail
