The Utility Technician is key to delivering on this purpose. You will:

• Prepare and install services such as attic remediations, crawl space encapsulations, gutter protection systems and other home service products.
• Complete all required service‑related documentation.
• Work in a variety of environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, etc.
• Safely operate a company vehicle, including larger capacity box trucks.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have at least 1 year general carpentry experience.
• Valid driver's license must be maintained through life of employment.
• Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass a criminal history background check, physical exam, and drug screen.

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Constant walking, standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling, twisting, climbing on ladders and roofs, reaching overhead, and squeezing with both hands.
• Install encapsulation in low light conditions.
• Lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Able to work in all types of weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, sleet, hail, snow and ice.
• Noise level in work environment is generally loud depending on worksite where assigned, such as in new construction, while vacuuming insulation, etc.
