Production Helper

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Production Associate - Entry Level

Location: Murray, KY

Pay Range: $15 - $15.30

Shift: First, Second, Third

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently following standard work procedures
• Assist with the physical loading and unloading of materials in a productive manner
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area to promote safety and efficiency
• Follow all safety policies and promote good safety practices among team members

• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks
• Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
