Starting Pay:
Based on Experience; $40,000 - $50,000 plus bonuses and commission pay.
Local Family-owned carwash in Murray, KY looking for a Site Manager for a fast paced, growing, and unique carwash. Our carwash has an Express Tunnel, Touchless Automatic and 5 Self-Serve Bays. Murray Auto Spa is looking for an outgoing, positive attitude, self-motivated leader with experience in the carwash industry. Murray Auto Spa is the “Hometown Carwash” and strives to serve customer, employees, and the community to the highest standards.
Job Description:The Site Manager oversees the day to day operations of the site. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Leading Employees
- Customer Service
- Employee Training
- Maintenance of Equipment
- Troubleshooting
- Maintaining the site cleanliness
- Point of Sale Operations
- Reporting to Owners
- Company Policies & Procedures
- Ordering of Chemicals & Supplies
- 2 years Management Experience
- 2 years Carwash Experience
- Ability to learn quickly
- Supervise others professionally
- College Degree preferred but not required
