Location: Murray, KY (office-based hybrid)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST

Compensation: $26 - $33 per hour, depending on license and experience

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join a patient-focused call center team. In this role, you will provide clinical support and patient outreach by phone, ensuring proper use of respiratory equipment, monitoring therapy compliance, and coordinating follow-up care. Candidates with Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials will also be considered.

• Conduct patient outreach calls.
• Educate patients on device usage, compliance, safety, and therapy benefits.
• Provide continuous follow-up with patients.
• Troubleshoot equipment concerns over the phone, escalating as needed.
• Document interactions and track compliance in the designated system.
• Collaborate with internal teams and field staff to resolve patient or clinical issues.
• Participate in on-call rotation, every 4-7 weeks, depending on staffing.
• Maintain up-to-date licensure and continuing education as required by state law.

Required

• Active RN license (compact state license preferred)
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Ability to multitask and use basic computer programs
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation

Preferred

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential (candidates may be considered for certain openings)
• Experience in respiratory care, sleep therapy, or call center environments
